Information for Tenants
At Campbell Stafford lettings our tenants are important to us. Many of our tenants have been with us for many years. We are always happy to help in any way we can.
Applying to rent a property
Should you wish to apply to rent one of our properties please do this by contacting us on the contacts page or alternatively call us on 0131 467 7042.
Once an application has been accepted you will be notified, and the Private Residential Tenancy will be sent to you for you to read over and ask any questions.
On the date of entry, you will be provided with the Inventory and any certification relevant to the property. The first months rent will also be due prior to collecting keys.
We use Safe deposit Scotland for holding deposits and this is lodged within 30 days. You will receive a voucher to confirm this.
Existing Tenants
To report a maintenance issue please email us mail@campbellstaffordestates.com, or call 0131 467 7042. It is important to report a problem as soon as it occurs.
An initial settling-in visit is carried out one month after you have moved into the property, thereafter it is 6 months unless there is something in particular, we need to attend to.
